Shipping policy

Orders are completed and shipped within 4 business days after your order has been placed. Once your order has been completed you will receive a confirmation email with shipping | tracking details.

    RETURNS

    If for some reason you have a change of heart, fill out the form on the right. A refund request must happen within 14 days of delivery. All return/exchange requests after this time period will not be accepted.

    Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a full refund or send you your new WRIST item within 7-10 days. Buyer is responsible for cost of return/exchange shipping. Please note that refunds can take 4-5 days to appear on your credit card once we release these funds. We recommend using Registered/Tracked shipping to avoid any potential issues.

    Please note that the returned item(s) need to be in unworn condition and in original packaging.
