Refund policy

If for some reason you have a change of heart, fill out the form on the right. A refund request must happen within 14 days of delivery. All return/exchange requests after this time period will not be accepted. E-mail jenn@wristbend.com for additional information. Return postage paid by consumer.

Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a full refund and/or send you your new WRIST item within 7-10 days. Buyer is responsible for cost of return/exchange shipping. Please note that refunds can take 4-5 days to appear on your credit card once we release these funds. We recommend using Registered/Tracked shipping to avoid any potential issues.

Please note that the returned item(s) need to be in unworn condition and in original packaging.
