If you feel their are quality issues with your wrist strap, please send us an email at jenn@wristbend.com explaining the issue and we will take care of the rest!

Getting your leather wrist strap wet may effect its longevity and expand its size. It is highly recommended to not get your wrist strap wet.

WRIST is not responsible for size changes if your wrist strap gets wet.

Yes! Please contact our Executive Sales branch at jenn@wristbend.com so we can discuss collaboration and retail options.

Shipping & Returns

Order confirmations are automatically sent once you have purchased your order. A follow-up e-mail will be sent to you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

If your WRIST item does not fit perfectly, we will gladly exchange it for you. Just send the unworn item and your requested adjustment (please make 1 cm shorter/longer ) and we’ll take care of it.
